Sofia Vega, Founder

Sofia Vega is the founder of Accolay, a podcast and media strategy consultancy. She works with creators, brands, and organizations on audience growth, analytics, social strategy, and monetization.

In podcasting, Sofia has worked on shows including Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, ReThinking with Adam Grant, The Curiosity Shop with Brené Brown and Adam Grant, and Build or Break with Daniel Lubetzky. That work has covered audience growth, analytics, ad monetization, social strategy, and the content workflows behind each show.

Before podcasting, she was a consultant at EY-Parthenon, primarily advising financial services companies, with select experience working in partnership with the EY design studio, and later a Technical Product Manager at Amazon. Her career has spanned working in the US, South Africa, and Argentina.

Sofia holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, and earned her undergraduate degree in Business from Wake Forest University with a minor in Computer Science.
